Raul E. Bandas
Raul E. Bandas is one of Puerto Rico’s premier criminal defense and civil trial attorneys. Mr. Bandas is a seasoned and respectable attorney with superb litigation skills and courtroom legal experience in federal and local courts. Mr. Bandas has successfully defended, either to jury verdict or bench trial, clients criminally indicted in federal or local courts for violations of federal, state, or local statutes.
